International Cyber Education Center at Graduate School, Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences (MNUMS) has been established on October 15, 2015 as a pioneering entirely online distance learning graduate education provider for master’s degree programs in the Mongolian higher education system. We operated as International Cyber University of Medical Sciences during our inaugural years.
Professor Young Moon Chae, honorary professor of MNUMS, visiting professor of Yonsei University in South Korea played enormous role in establishing distance learning platform that is fully operating for a graduate curriculum in Mongolia, with his expertise in developing digital governance and health information system in Asia and Western Pacific region.
We work to promote health professionals’ education via learning management system. E-learning has been rapidly evolving at the global stage along with technological advances in recent years, coupled with busy healthcare professionals’ endless needs for continuous medical education and professional growth. Currently we are offering 8 distinct graduate programs entirely online for master’s degree, these include as follows.

We work to provide our training materials in Mongolian and English to enroll international students around the world, using the Moodle learning management system that is used in 236 countries and territories. Our Moodle system is updated to the latest version 3.11 to allow students to experience the best possible distance learning platforms.
